NVIDIA releases Nemotron 3.5 Lightning model and NeMo Switchyard router

NVIDIA expanded the Nemotron 3 family with Nemotron 3.5 Lightning, a 30B parameter MoE model designed for efficient, long-running agentic AI workloads. It also open-sourced NeMo Switchyard, a library for intelligent routing within agent tools to direct requests to the most suitable models across edge to cloud.
