Sources say Poolside struck a non-exclusive $6B licensing deal with Nvidia and secured a $1B investment at a $12B pre-money valuation. 109 staffers have received job offers from Nvidia. The founders staying at Poolside is unusual, leading to speculation that the company may pivot to becoming a neocloud/compute provider, as PIC (Poolside infrastructure company) was not mentioned.
