SPADE enables automatic environment scaling via self-play

Continuous self-improvement needs an ever-expanding supply of environments. SPADE uses one model to self-play both the Environment Designer and the Reasoning Agent, writing executable environments that get harder as it improves. This achieves automatic environment scaling.
