Claude Code 2.1.238 is now available with 39 CLI changes. Key highlights include: Plugin headersHelper running only at install/update to stop silent header minting; releasing subagent tool results once out of view to prevent unbounded memory growth; and self-hosted runner deferring SIGTERM to keep attached sessions alive.
