Claude Code 2.1.238: Adds Self-Hosted Runner Proxy Auth and Readline Keybinding

Claude Code CLI released version 2.1.238. Key changes include adding environment variables CLAUDECODEENABLEPROXYAUTHHELPER and SELFHOSTEDRUNNERDEFERSHUTDOWNMAXMS, new models claude-cli: and claude-self-hosted-runner, and removing legacy plugin manager models.
New features details:
- Added keybindingFlavor setting: Set to "readline" to make Ctrl+W delete back to the previous whitespace in the prompt (like Bash), while "classic" remains the default.
- Added claude self-hosted-runner --defer-shutdown-max-min <minutes>: On SIGTERM, continue serving attached sessions, park remaining tasks after the specified minutes, then exit.
Metadata shows the release came 17 hours after 2.1.237, with a bundle size increase of 554KB. Prompt tokens increased by 11.6k (+5.5%), with system prompt share slightly decreasing.
