Thomson Reuters says the next-generation CoCounsel Legal is now generally available, unifying legal research, drafting, verification, and matter workflows in one product built on Westlaw and Practical Law.
New features include the Westlaw Brief Builder, which goes from research and issue analysis to a first draft while checking supporting authority, plus workspaces, Word drafting, and tabular review for up to 10,000 documents and 100 questions. The company stresses the agent drafts, while lawyers keep control of strategy and final decisions.
