Cisco released the Antares family (350M, 1B, 3B) designed for agentic vulnerability localization. The models identify vulnerable files in a codebase based on CWE descriptions. The 3B version reportedly rivals GPT-5.5 while running locally at a fraction of the cost. The smaller models have reached 29,800 downloads on Hugging Face within a month.
