- defaultMode and defaultPermissionMode settings for startup and approval behaviors.
- --with-token flag for copilot login to read auth tokens from stdin.

- ACP clients receive subagent IDs, raw event subscriptions, and live updates.
- User instruction files are shown separately in /instructions.
- Managed settings now win per entry for enabled plugins and marketplaces.
