Ex-OpenAI staffer joins OpenAI Foundation to lead AI Resilience hiring

Bianca Martin, after nearly eight years at OpenAI, joined the OpenAI Foundation in May to work on AI Resilience—how society prepares for and adapts to increasingly capable AI.
The Foundation's careers page lists open roles spanning AI Resilience (Chief of Staff, Head of Econ Lab, Formal Methods, AI Model Safety), AI for Civil Society and Philanthropy (Deployment Engineer, Director of AI Opportunity Development), and G&A, all based in San Francisco.
