RulesAsPrograms: Turn Agent Rules into Functions to Check Code Execution
yuntiandeng · x · 2026-08-21
The author built RulesAsPrograms to address the issue of coding agents ignoring instructions. The tool converts each rule into a standalone function that checks the agent's output. Instead of hoping the agent follows the rules, the rules actively verify the agent's work. This offers a new approach to constraining AI behavior through programmatic execution.
