AI chip startup Fractile in talks for $6.5B valuation after $250M Anthropic deal

AI chip startup Fractile is in talks to raise at a $6.5B pre-money valuation, with a total round of $600M, Bloomberg's Rebecca Torrence and Dina Bass report. Thrive Capital, Founders Fund, Lightspeed, and Redpoint are co-leads.
The valuation surge follows an initial $250M deal to supply its chips to Anthropic. "Chip startups are on 🔥," Torrence notes.
