75% of Americans Now Oppose Local Data Center Development

New polling from Heatmap News reveals a massive shift in US public opinion against data centers. A year ago, Americans were split 43-42 on support/opposition. By February, a bare majority opposed them. Now, 75% say they would oppose a data center near where they live, with 61% strongly opposing. The scale and speed of this shift is described as unprecedented.
