Claude Code adds new 'Proactive' output style for autonomous execution

A Reddit user read Claude Code's new system prompts and found a new 'Proactive' output style in addition to the known 'Concise' style. Proactive style encourages immediate execution, minimizing interruptions, and preferring action over planning, but prohibits destructive actions and data exfiltration. The style is re-injected every turn.
