Claude Code weekly limits appear tighter; user reports faster quota consumption

In one session, 20% of the weekly Fable 5 quota was used, and it's projected to reach 40% by session end, which wasn't happening in previous weeks. The user is using both Fable and Opus. Additionally, weekly limits are 50% higher until August 31, and the user is concerned about quota after it reverts.
