Tencent Open Sources TeamAI to Sync AI Skills Across IDEs

Tencent released TeamAI, an open-source tool that manages AI skills, rules, docs, hooks, and MCP configs in Git, syncing them across Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and WorkBuddy. Features include auto-sync, Git-driven workflow, a single source of truth, shared knowledge, and automatic knowledge recall.
