SPADE enables AI continuous self-improvement via auto-generated environments

Introduces SPADE, a method where a model self-plays both the Environment Designer and Reasoning Agent. It writes executable, agentic environments that increase in difficulty as the model improves, enabling autonomous environment scaling and continuous self-improvement.
