A team on Claude's Max plan cancelled their subscription, saying recent compute changes made the AI "quite literally useless": the past week building with Opus 5 was their worst AI experience ever. Opus 5 frequently makes mistakes, forgets current state, and ignores context rules already defined in Claude.md. They say Claude has fallen from the top of the industry to the bottom faster than you can blink.
