Grok Bot automates expense reports by watching user do it once
eyishazyer · x · 2026-08-20
A user demoed Grok Bot learning to automate expense reports after watching the process just once. The bot logged into portals, matched receipts to line items, and flagged duplicates without scripts or workflows. The author now runs three bots in one thread handling expenses, support triage, and drafting follow-ups, handing off tasks and surfacing only for human approval.
