Runway launches Model Router: Auto-selects best model per API call

Runway released the Model Router on its Dev platform. Users can set cost limits, exclude specific models, and define task goals (fastest, cheapest, or highest quality). The system automatically selects the optimal model within these rules, saving users from evaluating 40+ models manually.
