Founder Builds 8-Bot Grok Org Chart: Assign Outcomes, Not Tasks
elonmusk · x · 2026-08-20
Musk reshared a hands-on breakdown of running Grok Bot as an org chart instead of a to-do list: within a week the author went from a founder doing the work to one who assigns it. The video tutorial covers five steps: overview, installation, building the first bot, teaching via screen recording, and wiring it all together. The bot roster includes Atlas, the chief of staff — the only bot the human talks to, given outcomes (never tasks), which decomposes and delegates in group chat, posts a morning plan and nightly shipped report, and only escalates irreversible or money-spending decisions; and Scout, research, which qualifies 25 verified prospects daily with a one-line reason and a source, plus specialist writer and visualizer bots. The pitch: eight bots, one org chart, only the human sleeps.
