A Reddit user reports a change in Claude's usage limits: Claude stopped mid-task and refused to continue until the weekly limit reset, even while the dashboard showed around 90% of the allowance remaining.
This differs from simply hitting the cap — the remaining quota is effectively unusable. The poster can accept a buffer for long tasks, but a full refusal while most of the allowance is left means users aren't getting what they're shown.
