Gemini CLI Docs Add Windows Long Paths Support

The Gemini CLI project updated its documentation to include instructions for enabling core.longpaths=true on Windows. This fixes cloning failures caused by the default 260-character MAXPATH limit and provides recovery commands for contributors.
