MiniMax H3 + Qwen Image Edit recreates Sherlock shots, 10s per gen on a 3090
nikhilprasanth · reddit · 2026-08-20
The author created shots based on the Red-Headed League short story: character reference sheets generated in Nano Banana, then edited with Qwen Image Edit 2511 for spatial continuity, and animated with MiniMax H3 + ref2va turbolora v0.1. On an RTX 3090 at 1 MP, each 12-step generation takes about 10s (107s/it). Editing and audio polish are still needed.
