JOBhakdi · x · 2026-08-20
Following a site visit to Tesla's Fremont factory, JPMorgan reports that Robotaxi deployment and Optimus commercialization are shifting from concept to measurable execution. The key is the launch of FSD v15 this year, featuring a substantial parameter boost, expanded context window, and 20% latency reduction. Currently, 40% of the seven core modules are in active fleet testing with positive feedback. Existing AI/HW4 hardware can run unsupervised v15, while the upcoming AI4.5 platform will add 10% more compute and double the memory.
