OpenCode v1.18.19 Released: Adds Native OpenAI/Anthropic Passthroughs

- Core Improvements: Added native passthroughs for OpenAI and Anthropic models via Cloudflare AI Gateway. Adjusted Codex rate limits to match ChatGPT subscription limits more closely.
- Bugfixes: Removed built-in Qwen sampling defaults that could send unsupported settings. Fixed an issue where authenticated providers were not displayed correctly in /connect. Improved error handling for malformed model pricing.
- Desktop: Fixed an issue where saved server details were not editable in the server dialog.
