Fly connectome 'uploaded' into Minecraft starts walking with zero training

@eonsys released a video taking a real fruit fly's connectome — its brain wiring diagram — and simulating it inside a virtual body. The fly, which was 'never born', started walking, grooming and feeding with no training data and no gradient descent. Behavior simply emerged from rebuilding the mind neuron by neuron, the opposite of how AI is trained: modeling what the organism is rather than what it does. A human brain is only 6 orders of magnitude larger — a scaling problem.
