ChatGPT Deeply Integrates Google Drive for Multi-File Collaboration

ChatGPT has introduced deep Google Drive integration, allowing users to browse, search, and manage cloud files directly within the interface. You can keep Docs, Sheets, and Slides open side-by-side with the conversation, enabling the AI to summarize, analyze, and compare documents or generate new content from existing data. This feature aims to reduce friction in daily workflows by eliminating the need to switch tabs or manually copy content. It is rolling out on the web first, with mobile support expected later; Shared Drives are not supported initially.
