DeepSeek Releases Open Source Agent Harness: Everything is a Plugin

DeepSeek has released DeepSeek Harness (dsh), an open-source framework to turn LLMs into extensible agent systems. Core to the design is the 'everything is a plugin' philosophy, powered by the Cordis framework for spatiotemporal composability.
