ComfyUI-PETSCI I: Open-source node converts video to C64 style

A developer released ComfyUI-PETSCII, a node that converts images and video to C64 PETSCII style within ComfyUI. It uses Oklab color space for optimal glyph/color matching and temporal hysteresis to prevent frame flickering. Installation requires only numpy via git clone in the customnodes folder.
