A developer built a Windows tray app that maps the status of parallel coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) to the RGB F-row keys. Pulsing light means waiting, green for done, red for error. Pressing the F-key brings the specific agent window to the foreground. Built in Rust, it acts purely as a status mirror without controlling the agents.
