Claude generates confirmed binders for 14 of 15 targets via agent orchestration
Tkaraletsos · x · 2026-08-20
Anthropic's demo shows that Claude can autonomously select epitopes, operate multiple protein-design and structure-prediction models, and optimize candidates. It produced confirmed binders against 14 of 15 evaluable targets. This illustrates the future of AI for Science: reasoning agents orchestrating specialized scientific models, with experiments closing the loop.
