SAP talk: Enterprise AI requires knowledge graphs and semantically linked tables

At IJCAI-ECAI 2026 Industry Day, SAP researcher Mulang' Onando presented on their enterprise copilot, Joule. The talk argued that enterprise AI must go beyond language to understand the meaning and context embedded in business data. SAP combines Business Knowledge Graphs, foundation models for semantically linked tabular data, and agentic systems to build meaningful enterprise AI.
