Claude Code CLI 2.1.236 released with new environment variables

Claude Code CLI 2.1.236 introduces ANTHROPICDEFAULTMODEL for setting default models and notifywhenidle for cross-session notifications. It adds claude-chrome-screenshots-C and claude-design-command to the CLI surface while removing the Plugin Manager. The bundle size increased by 435KB with a 6.1% rise in prompt tokens.
