Small CNNs can reliably detect image generator sources via spectral signatures

Livne et al. in "Scalable Black-Box Model Attribution for Images" show that each image generator currently possesses a distinct stable spectral signature. The research demonstrates that small CNNs can quite reliably detect which image generator created a given image.
