Arcads has open-sourced Marketing OS, an entire marketing department packed into a single Claude skill. It covers six roles — Head of Marketing (positioning/pricing/competitor teardowns), Copywriter, Creative Strategist, Launch Lead, SEO Lead and Analyst — and the agents hand work to each other: Analyst finds the leak → Copywriter rewrites it → Creative Strategist tests it → Analyst grades the result.
