Nvidia is partnering with a homebuilder to bolt $150,000 GPU boxes onto new houses. The AC-unit-sized, liquid-cooled box contains 16 Blackwell server GPUs, 4 CPUs, and 3TB RAM. Homeowners host the hardware without buying it, potentially monetizing the compute.
