Canonical Lookalike Finder uses AI to discover talent and similar companies
ai · x · 2026-08-19
Canonical launched Lookalike Finder, an AI tool that reconstructs profiles from the open web (GitHub, X, blogs) instead of relying on resumes. It extracts 5-8 defining dimensions—such as career arc and rare skill combos for individuals, or wedge and technical bet for companies—to generate neural search queries. Results are scored and ranked to help founders find people or companies with matching DNA.
