Kuaishou's Kling AI tops 850M yuan quarterly revenue, up over 200% YoY

Kuaishou's Q2 2026 report: total revenue 35.535B yuan (+1.4% YoY), net profit 3.152B yuan (-36%), R&D spending 4.581B (+34.7%), as heavy AI investment and a 13.5% live-streaming decline squeezed margins.
The standout was Kling AI: over 850M yuan in quarterly revenue, up 200%+ YoY and 30.8% QoQ, signaling an initial commercial flywheel for video generation. Kling 3.0 shipped the industry's first native 4K video output, plus Kling 3.0 Turbo, MCP and CLI for agent-driven batch creation. Kuaishou also released Keye-VL-2.0-30B-A3B and AgentX, a self-iterating agent for recommendation systems. CEO Cheng Yifeng said AI video generation shows a clear super-leader structure with high first-tier concentration.
