Tencent ARC open-sources SCoPE: camera sightline control for video diffusion

Tencent ARC released SCoPE (Sightline-Coordinate Positional Encoding), which injects camera sightlines as positional coordinates into a pretrained video diffusion transformer. Given a first frame, a text prompt, and a camera trajectory, it generates video following the requested camera motion while preserving the image-to-video prior.
The repo targets Wan2.2-I2V-A14B and is self-contained for inference, with arXiv paper, GitHub code, project page, and a Hugging Face demo.
