Lawsuits over AI in employment decisions are rising. A product manager is suing Eightfold AI, arguing its automated screening ranks applicants without disclosure. Workers are also suing Meta over an AI system allegedly targeting those on parental or medical leave for layoffs, and IBM faces age discrimination claims over AI tools.
