Marvell grants Google warrant as part of expanded custom AI chip deal

Broadcom stock dipped following news that Marvell Technology entered into an expanded commercial agreement with Google. Marvell will develop custom silicon products attaching to the TPU ecosystem, including AI inference accelerators, storage controllers, and network interface controllers. Google was issued a warrant to purchase up to 58.97 million shares at $206.58 per share.
