Claude Desktop startup speed doubled with performance fixes

Claude Desktop now starts approximately 2x faster than a month ago. The update fixes an issue where background timers were throttled and the JS engine entered power-saving mode. The app now boots at full speed even when hidden, along with other minor performance improvements.
