Cursor's Agent Window found out of sync with IDE during testing

A user discovered a severe synchronization bug while testing Cursor's Agent Window: the Agent Window progressed very slowly, while the IDE view of the same chat appeared stuck. After the user prompted 'are you still running?' in the IDE, the agent resumed work and called tools, but these actions were not synced back to the Agent Window, resulting in two divergent chats with the same title.
