Tencent open-sources teamai-cli: Git-driven AI collaboration harness for teams

Tencent has open-sourced teamai-cli, an AI collaboration infrastructure designed for teams. It enables members using different AI coding tools—such as Claude Code, Codex, WorkBuddy, and Cursor—to share a unified set of Skills, Rules, Docs, and MCP Server configurations.
The system uses a native Git-based distribution model: team admins create a shared repository on GitHub/TGit for configuration resources, and members connect with a single teamai init <repourl> command. The tool automatically runs teamai pull to sync the latest rules at the start of every AI session, while configuration changes are submitted via teamai pull for review. This effectively functions as a company-wide employee handbook, training system, and knowledge management system for AI agents.
