Tencent has open-sourced teamai-cli, a Git-based infrastructure for team AI collaboration. It addresses the fragmentation of skills, rules, and documentation when teams use different AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.

- Centralized Resource Management: Manages "Harness" resources—Skills, Rules, Docs, Hooks, and MCP Server configs—in a shared team Git repo.
