AI finance infrastructure startup Rillet announced a $100M Series C at a $1B valuation led by ICONIQ Capital — its third round in 14 months, bringing total funding above $200M. The round came together in under 48 hours.
Rillet wasn't planning to raise, but new ARR doubled last quarter and it crossed 600+ customers including public companies and enterprises with $2B in revenue. Rillet AI agent usage is growing 70% a month, and CFOs are replacing Oracle Fusion, SAP and Workday to run on Rillet. The company also announced an alliance with EY and partnered with more than half of the top 20 CPA firms.
