Epoch AI concludes that at least short-term, financing won't be the main bottleneck for frontier compute growth. Broadcom, Apollo and Blackstone plan to extend this financing model to over 20GW of deployments before 2028.
Sustainability hinges on one thing: whether AI companies' long-term revenue can back the massive leases signed today.
