Fixed concurrent tool call bug in RL agent setup for swarms

The author shares a technical fix in their daily drive RL agent setup. The bug occurred when multiple agent instances finished tool calls simultaneously, causing output corruption. Fixing this concurrency issue now fully enables the use of swarms.
