Memmy: Shared memory hub for Codex, DSH, and Claude Code
lxfater · x · 2026-08-19
Introduces the open-source project memmy-agent, which solves the cross-agent memory fragmentation problem by syncing history from Codex, DeepSeek Harness, and Claude Code into a single, local-first personal context.
Use Case:
- Defined a game rule in Codex (give a second chance on failure) without writing code.
- Switched to DeepSeek Harness, which read the rule directly from Memmy and applied it.
- Switched to Claude Code, which restated the rule before coding the next features.
The core philosophy is "Switch agents, not context", ensuring experience belongs to the user, not the agent.
