AI Agent Closes Design-to-Test Loop in Drug Discovery, Generating 3 Sub-nanomolar Binders
AllThingsApx · x · 2026-08-19
muni bio, in collaboration with Adaptyv Bio, closed the design-to-test loop using NVIDIA Proteina-Complexa and wet-lab validation. Their autonomous research agent generated 3 sub-nanomolar TREM2 binders, outperforming previous leaderboards. Even with assays taking days or weeks, results automatically feed back to the agent, enabling parallel autonomous scientific research.
